SusaPlay IP Takedown Policy

Send IP notices to info@susa.games. A notice should identify the protected work or right; identify the allegedly infringing game, page, URL, asset, or material; provide the complainant's name, organization if applicable, and contact details; include a good-faith statement; include enough detail for review; and include ownership, authorization, registration, or prior-publication evidence where available.

SusaPlay may acknowledge the notice, request more information, forward the notice to the developer, temporarily suspend or delist the game, disable monetization, preserve relevant records, or take other action needed to reduce legal or platform risk.

Developers may be asked to respond with counter-evidence, proof of rights, a license explanation, or remediation within 5 to 10 business days unless SusaPlay sets a different deadline.

SusaPlay retains sole discretion over the final platform decision and does not adjudicate ownership disputes beyond what is necessary to operate the platform safely. Repeat verified infringement may result in permanent game removal, disabled monetization, developer account termination, and record preservation.

DMCA safe-harbor status is a counsel-review item if SusaPlay serves United States users at meaningful scale.
