SusaPlay Privacy Policy

SusaPlay operates a game platform where players can discover and play games, maintain accounts, save progress, use platform wallet balances, and purchase eligible digital content. Legal entity, registered address, privacy contact role, and controller or processor roles remain pending counsel confirmation.

SusaPlay may process account identifiers, display names, avatars, authentication state, login metadata, device and browser details, locale, region, IP-derived location, technical diagnostics, gameplay activity, achievements, saves, leaderboard records, analytics events, wallet balances, virtual currency transactions, purchase records, refund records, chargeback status, entitlement state, support messages, moderation notes, fraud-prevention records, abuse reports, and developer publishing-operation data.

SusaPlay uses data to provide accounts, game access, cloud saves, leaderboards, achievements, player profiles, wallet top-ups, digital purchases, grants, refunds, fraud-prevention checks, platform security, support, moderation, analytics, debugging, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, payment-provider workflows, disputes, and developer-submitted game review.

Current material provider and subprocessor categories include Firebase / Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, database, storage, functions, analytics, diagnostics, and infrastructure; Xsolla for payment processing, callbacks, fraud controls, refunds, and chargebacks; Cloudflare for CDN, asset delivery, DNS, security, and traffic protection where enabled; Google advertising services and ad network partners for advertising and measurement where enabled; and email or support tooling providers still to be confirmed.

SusaPlay is not intended for children under 13, and stricter local age or parental-consent thresholds may apply. Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal where available by contacting info@susa.games. Some wallet, purchase, refund, chargeback, security, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and developer-publishing records may be retained where required.

SusaPlay may process data through providers located outside the user's country. The final policy must identify applicable transfer safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms. Material changes should be reflected in a new version and last-updated date.
