This policy explains how SusaPlay investigates a reported or detected problem with a game, and how it chooses a proportionate response — from a warning, to disabling a single feature, to delisting or removing the game.
It sets out the faster path used when there is an urgent safety, legal, or security risk, and what is preserved while an investigation is open.
It also describes how a developer appeals a decision, what evidence an appeal should carry, and how the review is handled.
