SusaPlay Payment & Checkout Terms
These terms cover what is disclosed at checkout: the identity of the entity selling the digital content, how transaction taxes are handled, when digital content is treated as delivered, and which party a player should contact about a payment problem.
They also cover refunds, failed or duplicate charges, and chargebacks, and set out how responsibility is allocated between SusaPlay and the entity identified at checkout.
Legal entity details, card-statement wording, and final consumer disclosures remain pending counsel confirmation.
