SusaPlay Player Rights for Third-Party Games
Most games on SusaPlay are made by independent developers. This document sets out how responsibility is divided between SusaPlay and the developer for support, purchases, personal data, save files, game removal, and changes of ownership.
SusaPlay operates the platform: accounts, the wallet, checkout, cloud saves, achievements, and the sandboxed runtime. Individual game content, bugs, and in-game balance are primarily the developer's responsibility unless the failure comes from a SusaPlay platform service.
If a game is delisted, suspended, or removed, this policy explains what happens to purchased items, unspent coins, and stored progress, and where to ask for help.
