SusaPlay Developer Publishing Agreement

The Developer Publishing Agreement defines Developer, Platform, Game, Portal, and Personal Data. SusaPlay operates as a platform and distributor for submitted games, not as publisher or buyer of the game's IP unless a separate signed agreement says so.

By submitting an approved game, the developer grants SusaPlay a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, operate, and monetize the game through enabled platform features. The developer retains ownership.

Developers warrant they control all rights in code, art, music, names, trademarks, third-party SDKs, licensed assets, and submitted materials. SusaPlay may review, reject, delist, suspend, remove, disable purchases for, or restrict any game at its sole discretion.

IP complaints are handled under the IP Takedown Policy. Developer indemnification, monetization v1 with no revenue-share obligation, data protection duties, termination, survival, mutual confidentiality, force majeure, assignment, amendments, and governing law placeholders are covered in the full page.

Material developer obligations should require renewed acceptance before future publication or monetization. The product workflow should store publishingAgreementAcceptedVersion and publishingAgreementAcceptedAt.
