SusaPlay Terms of Service

The SusaPlay Terms of Service apply to the browser game platform, supported games, account features, wallet features, and digital content. Legal entity, registered address, registration number, VAT or tax details if applicable, DSA trader status, governing law, jurisdiction, and consumer disclosures remain pending counsel confirmation.

Players must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires a higher age for digital services. Minors under the age of legal majority may use SusaPlay only with parent or guardian consent. Parents or guardians can contact info@susa.games to request review or deletion where required consent was not provided.

Players may use SusaPlay through guest sessions or authenticated accounts where available. Players are responsible for account activity, account security, and accurate account details. Guest sessions may not preserve profile history, progress, wallet value, entitlements, refund rights, or support records unless linked to an authenticated account.

Games, virtual items, wallet credits, entitlements, achievements, cloud saves, and other digital benefits are licensed for use inside SusaPlay or supported games. Purchases do not transfer ownership, intellectual property, resale rights, withdrawal rights, or rights to move digital content outside SusaPlay.

SusaPlay Coins are platform virtual currency used only for eligible digital content or benefits in supported games. They are not legal tender, not money, not redeemable for cash, not withdrawable, not transferable between players, have no value outside SusaPlay, and may be subject to purchase limits, fraud controls, and eligibility rules.

Purchases may be processed by Xsolla. The final seller-of-record, merchant-of-record, and card-statement wording must be confirmed against the signed Xsolla agreement before production sign-off.

Refunds are governed by the Virtual Currency & Refund Policy. Xsolla is SusaPlay's current payment provider. For Xsolla-processed purchases, Xsolla checkout, refund, EULA, and payment terms may apply, and exact Xsolla policy URLs must be confirmed before production sign-off.

SusaPlay handles platform-side technical failures that prevent use of purchased digital content. Xsolla/payment-provider issues, including chargebacks, duplicate card charges, failed captures, and payment-method disputes, may be routed through the provider's process.

SusaPlay may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, IP infringement, harassment, cheating, leaderboard manipulation, API abuse, sandbox bypassing, or other conduct that threatens the platform. Unused wallet balances and unused digital content may be forfeited after termination for cause where permitted by law.

Third-party games may be hosted, reviewed, delisted, suspended, or removed at any time. SusaPlay does not guarantee that any game, feature, save state, item, event, or commerce feature will remain available permanently. Individual game quality, bugs, and content are primarily the relevant developer's responsibility unless caused by SusaPlay platform services.

Players must not cheat, exploit, automate abuse, attack SusaPlay systems, bypass entitlement or payment controls, upload unlawful or infringing content, harass or impersonate others, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or interfere with moderation, support, fraud-prevention, or security investigations.

SusaPlay is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law. SusaPlay is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including outages, provider or payment-network failures, law or government action, cyberattacks, disasters, labor disruption, or infrastructure disruption.

The final counsel-reviewed terms must set enforceable liability limits, consumer-law carveouts, warranty disclaimers, remedies, governing law, venue, dispute handling, consumer escalation rights, and any mediation or arbitration provisions. EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, subject to counsel confirmation of final dispute handling disclosures. Material changes may be announced by email, in-app notice, website notice, or updated policy pages, and versioned acceptance records should be added before broad real-money commerce rollout.
