SusaPlay Virtual Currency & Refund Policy

SusaPlay Coins are platform virtual currency only: not legal tender, not money, not redeemable for cash, not withdrawable, not transferable between users, and with no value outside SusaPlay.

Refund rules are shown as a purchase-type table on the full policy page: unspent wallet top-ups may be refundable within 14 days where required by law; spent top-ups and consumed items are not refundable; unused durable items may be reviewed case by case; SusaPlay-side technical failures may be refunded, re-credited, or restored; payment disputes may follow the provider process.

Players in the EU may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital content purchases. For wallet top-ups, performance begins when coins are credited to the player wallet; spending coins on digital content is a separate immediate-performance act for that spend. Unspent credited top-ups remain support-reviewable within 14 days where required by law, subject to payment-provider and counsel confirmation.

Immediate use must require affirmative consent and acknowledgment that immediate performance begins and the withdrawal right is lost for that specific spend where permitted by law.

The purchase UI must record the immediate-performance and withdrawal waiver version and timestamp before broad real-money rollout.
